What Is Depression, Anxiety and Stress?

Anxiety and Stress are normal parts of our life and part of being human.
With Anxiety, the problem occurs when that peak of fear, worry, and nervousness does not return to a closer level of calm. These are commonly known as panic attacks. Typically, it comes from a subconscious belief or various beliefs of not feeling safe.

Stress is the body’s response to physical, mental, or emotional pressure. Whilst some stress is largely unavoidable as it is just part of life, it can be amplified and increased by our subconscious beliefs that will keep us in a heightened state of stress therefore not allowing the body to ever rest from it. This will almost certainly manifest in a physical illness or an array of illnesses.

Depression occurs when a person’s subconscious belief patterns have developed to such a level that they keep the person too depressed to be able to get any enjoyment out of life.

Have you been on medication for months or even years yet still suffer from depression as soon as you get off the meds then this is the very reason why?
That subconscious belief is simply being managed or maybe controlled but has not actually been resolved or SWITCHED OFF.
